Return & Refund Policy

We hope you absolutely adore your VELLERI piece. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@vellerijewelry.com with your order number and concern. Our customer care team will respond within 1–5 business days with further instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

  • All pieces must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all original VELLERI packaging.

  • Items marked as sale or final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@vellerijewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Review: Our team will evaluate your request within 1–5 business days.

  3. Approval: If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  4. Processing: Please allow 1–5 business days after receipt of the returned item for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Quality Check

We carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our studio. Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the jewelry. Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately to correct the address.
If your order has already been shipped and the address was incorrect, the package may be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees. If not resolved within 5 business days after we receive the returned package, a refund will be issued (excluding the original shipping cost).

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Once your order is shipped, it is under the responsibility of the carrier. VELLERI is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim if this occurs.
